DHR announces appointment of Patricia Ryan as new managing director
DHR Communications has announced the appointment of Patricia Ryan as its managing director.
Patricia comes to DHR with vast public affairs and strategic communications experience, having worked as a senior policy advisor in the previous six Irish governments. In addition, she has ten years’ experience working in the European Union, including as Special Advisor to the President of the European Parliament.
Patricia takes over from Catherine Heaney in leading the management and development of the business. She will play a central, hands-on role in client service delivery, particularly in relation to public affairs. While stepping down as managing director, Catherine Heaney will retain an active role in the company’s development, focusing on strategic partnerships as well as continuing to lead a portfolio of clients. Catherine will chair the company, a role previously held by Peter Cassells.
DHR Communications was established in 2004, and has a track record in the delivery of strategic communications, PR and public affairs mainly across public interest and public sector clients.
